Cancellation Policy

Please note that any cancellations must be requested on or before September  1, 2025.  All requests must be sent to “info@abaa-meeting.org”. An administration fee of 100 USD will be applied to all cancellations.

There will be no refunds issued for cancellations made after September 1, 2025.
